Privacy policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026. This policy covers the CloudRoots Functional Testing connector at https://mcp.cloudroots.co.in/mcp, operated by CloudRoots Infotech LLP (cloudroots.co.in).

What the connector does

It fetches public web pages from a URL you ask it to inspect, then builds test cases, scores and a report. It can request each link on that page and audit the page. It does not click, submit forms, sign in, make payments or run destructive actions.

Data we receive

• The URL and options you pass to a tool.
• The public page content fetched for that request.
• Observations and test cases you pass into later tools.

We do not ask for or receive your AI conversation, memory or files. No account or sign-in is needed.

Use and retention

Requests are processed only to return the tool result. The server does not store page content or generated test cases after the response is sent.

If you ask for an export, the file is kept in server memory for 30 minutes so you can download it from a private, unguessable link, then deleted. A restart deletes it sooner.

Hosting logs may keep IP address, time, path and status for security and abuse handling, and are rotated regularly.

Optional accounts

Some features (saved runs, monitors, verified domains, login profiles) need an API key issued by CloudRoots. For those accounts we store the account name and plan, a hash of each key (never the key itself), per-day usage counts, and only the items you choose to save. Test-account passwords are entered by you in your own client, never sent through the AI, stored encrypted and never returned. You can delete saved items with the delete tools, or ask us to delete an account.

Sharing

We do not sell or share this data. A fetched page is requested from the site you named, so that site sees a request from our server. We do not send your data to any other product or third party.

Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Requests to private or internal network addresses are refused, and the service is rate-limited.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
